Spotted Spaulding Granite, member of the Spaulding Quartz Diorite. Part of an irregular sill, not the major facies. Spotted appearance, extends through more mafic facies. Thin section contains quartz, alkali feldspar, plagioclase, mica, and garnet. Hand sample contains quartz, feldspars, mica, and garnet.
